Over the past eight seasons, we have gained a strong sense of all the ways our brides and grooms love to be taken care of on their wedding days and every season we continue to add more services and amenities to our wedding packages to accommodate these needs!

What to Expect
From the moment we first meet during your tour, we will walk you through all of the amenities and services we offer at Hidden Creek Farms, answer any questions you may have and if you would like to schedule another tour so you can bring your very-important-people along, we would love to meet them, too! After you sign your contract and pay your deposit for the venue, we will be in touch as you plan. You will receive our Preferred Vendors list which is full of tried-and-true vendors whom we have truly enjoyed working with, as well as other periodic emails with updates from the farm. We are very open to communicating with our clients and welcome the emails, texts and phone calls that will help you rest easy knowing your questions have been answered.

As the wedding day approaches, we will be in touch to solidify last-minute details like final headcount, table setup, etc. We will also lead your wedding rehearsal alongside you so you can enjoy time with your bridal party. Then, when the big day finally arrives, you will be all set to enjoy your morning, drinking coffee in the Bridal Suite, surrounded by your favorite people.
On your wedding day, Adam and Haley will be on-site all day as well other day-of-coordinators who will be present to assist with last-minute preparations and to receive your vendors as they arrive. Our goal is for you to relax while we handle the details. Once the wedding is about to begin, our on-site coordinators will communicate with you, your bridal party and your vendors to ensure that everything is on time. After the ceremony is over, the rest of the day rolls on quite easily! Our bartenders will take excellent care of your guests throughout your party and our staff will clean and maintain the barn throughout your event.
At the end of the night, we just ask that you take your personal belongings with you and leave the cleanup to us!

Hidden Creek Farms is such a beautiful venue run by even more beautiful people! Haley and Adam were so amazing through everything and put 100% into it the entire way thru, helping with everything start to finish!
Your ceremony will take place under the arbor in our outdoor Ceremony Garden overlooking our 4.5-acre pond, followed by cocktail hour under the patio. We provide your party with two licensed bartenders for seven hours of service at our indoor and outdoor bars! We are in the final stages of obtaining our liquor license and will be putting together custom drink packages soon!
During cocktail hour, the bridal party (and your photographer) will be whisked away on a Whiskey Wagon ride (seating for up to 16) down the trails and around the ponds for photos. The party will continue with dinner, drinks, dancing, yard games and a bonfire under the string lights.

Weekend Weddings
A Weekend to Remember
Create a weekend to remember with our Weekend Wedding Package!
Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere before the big day begins by arriving to the venue for setup at 12PM on the Friday before your wedding day. This is the perfect opportunity to unload the dresses and tuxes, decorate the barn and host a one hour rehearsal with your wedding party, guided by our staff! Your Friday setup concludes at 6PM and your wedding rehearsal will take place from 6-7PM.
The venue reopens at 9AM on Saturday and your bridal party will have access to our heated and air-conditioned Bridal Suite and historic Groomsmen's Schoolhouse to kick back, relax and enjoy getting ready for the big day.
While you're getting ready, our staff will be present in the barn to ensure day-of preparations are running smoothly. With your package, you will also receive two licensed bartenders, two parking attendants and multiple day-of coordinators who will be present throughout the day to keep track of your timeline, receive vendors, welcome guests, maintain the barn and to be available for any questions that may arise!
Our staff's hospitality is unmatched and it is our goal to give you and your guests the smoothest, most relaxing wedding experience possible.
After the ceremony, we can't wait to whisk you and your bridal party away with your photographer on our Whiskey Wagon for up to a one hour ride around our 100 acre property! Ride through the trails and around the ponds with your favorite people while stopping for photos along the way.
Later in the evening, we will start a bonfire for your party to enjoy under the stars.
After an incredible wedding day, the night will conclude at 11PM and our staff will assist with cleanup from 11PM to 12AM.
The venue will reopen on Sunday from 9AM-12PM for you to finish packing up your decor and personal belongings. Our staff will take care of all cleaning after the party.
But we don't want your special evening to end there! With our Weekend Wedding Package, you will also receive a 2 night stay in our historic 8 bedroom Farmhouse with space for up to 18 guests!
Within walking distance from the venue, the Farmhouse is the perfect place to unwind all weekend long with your bridal party, family and friends!
